BAU’s primary care clinic in Beirut Campus started receiving its first patients in 2001 (after the establishment of the Faculty of Medicine in 1995). Ever since then, the clinics at BAU have provided high quality healthcare services for students and employees.
These clinics provide physical examination and medical consultation for BAU’s students and employees. They also provide medical screening for new students before being admitted to any of the Medical faculties. Clinics help create a medical record for students. They also provide vaccination services and primary care medications.
Under the supervision of qualified academic staff members and clinical assistants, our students successfully treat thousands of patients every year in our dental clinics.
We are a full service facility that provides fillings, tooth bleaching, veneers, crowns, bridges, root canals, children's dentistry services, braces, implants, dentures, treatment of gum disease, extractions of wisdom teeth and more. We provide quality dentistry at low cost.
Note: Some programs have a long waiting list, particularly for braces and implants.
There are 78 dental units distributed throughout the Faculty of Dentistry. Each clinic has its own patient reception and waiting area. An electronic filing (E-files) system is used for patients’ records and students’ requirements. A digital X-ray room and sterilization units are also available for each clinic.
Educate yourself! Know more about how to properly take care of your teeth and handle common teeth complaints through reading our Patient Education Brochure.
We offer full dental services to orphanages and nursing homes at specially reduced prices. Our students also often visit Lebanese schools for oral health education and check-ups.
