The Annual Commencement Ceremony 2008-2009

BAU would like to invite the graduating students, of 2008-2009, to participate in the annual Commencement Ceremony that will be held Sunday 28-6-2009 at 7 pm – Beirut Campus
1- Participation Fees of 125,000 L.L. to be paid at the cashier’s office.
2- Graduation Rehearsals;
a. Wednesday 24-6-2009 7 pm – Green field
b. Friday 26-6-2009 7 pm – Green field
3- Last payment due date for the participation fees, Friday 26-6-2009
4- Graduation dress code
c. Gentlemen: Suit, Tie and Black shoes
d. Ladies: White dress and White shoes
e. Veiled ladies: Veil to be all white
5- Each participant will get three invitation cards after payment of requested fees

- BAU invites the graduating students, 2008-2009, of the following faculties; Architecture, Engineering and Science to participate in the annual Commencement Ceremony that will be held Thursday 25-6-2009 at 8 pm – Dibbieh Campus
2- Participation Fees of 125,000 L.L. to be paid at the cashier’s office - Dibbieh Campus.
1- Graduation Rehearsals;
a. Monday 22-6-2009 7 pm. Basket ball playground – Dibbieh Campus
b. Tuesday 23-6-2009 7 pm. Basket ball playground – Dibbieh Campus
3- Last payment due date for participation fees, Tuesday 23-6-2009
4- Graduation dress code
a. Gentlemen: Suit, Tie and Black shoes
b. Ladies: White dress and White shoes
c. Veiled ladies: Veil to be all white
5- Each participant will get three invitation cards after payment of requested fees

N.B: All graduating students, and on an exceptional basis, can use their transportation pass to and from Dibbieh Campus on rehearsal days 22nd and 23rd and on graduation day 25th of June.
