Dr. Abdul Rahman Beydoun is an assistant professor at Beirut Arab University Faculty of Business Administration. He received his PhD. From Florida International University in 2012. His research interests include areas in international business and strategic management. He has published in peer review journals, and has various papers accepted in the proceedings in many conferences.

Teaching

Teaching Exprience

Dr. Beydoun is an assistant professor at the Business Administration Department at Beirut Arab University (BAU) since September 2014. Dr. Beydoun taught at BAU the following courses: Seminar in Organizational Behavior,  Seminar in Organizational Theory, Seminar in Strategic Management (PhD.); Human Resources Management, Strategic Management (MBA); Advanced Human Resources Management (MSc); Organizational Behavior, Strategic Management, Organizational Analysis and Design, International Business, and Human Resources Management (BBA).

 

Before joining BAU, Dr. Beydoun taught at Fad Bin Sultan University/ Saudi Arabia the following courses: Strategic Management , International Business, for Executive MBA; Organizational Behaviour, Human Resources Management, International Business, Strategic Marketing for MBA; Organizational Behaviour, Entrepreneurship, Strategic Management, Marketing, Human Resources Management for undergraduate students.

 

Prior to moving to Saudi Arabia Dr. Beydoun taught at Florida International University/ USA the following courses for undergraduate students: International Business, Strategic Management, International Management, and Principles of Management.
