Assistant Dean Faculty of Business Administration and Head of Economics Department - Full Professor

Dr. Hanadi Taher is a Full Professor of Economics at Beirut Arab University (BAU). She holds key leadership positions as the Assistant Dean of the Faculty of Business Administration and the Head of the Economics Department.

Professor Taher earned her Ph.D. in Money, Finance, and International Economics. Her research explores critical issues such as climate change, environmental sustainability, financial development, and public debt. She has authored over 33 scholarly publications that focus on Lebanon and the broader MENA region.

In addition to her academic roles, Dr. Taher serves as the Director of the DBA Program and is an active member of several university committees, including the Graduate Studies Committee. In recognition of her significant contributions to teaching and research, she was honored with the Excellence Award for the 2024-2025 academic year.
