Ali Mourad
Assistant Professor
Ali Mourad is Assistant Professor in the Department of Public Law. He received his PhD in Law in 2014 from the University of Rennes I in France, and a Master degree in European law and WTO Law from the University of Rennes I in 2005. He obtained his BA in Law from the Lebanese University, Faculty of Law and Political Sciences, "Filière Francophone" de Droit in 2004.
Between April 2014 and August 2015, he was Research & elections violations Coordinator at the Lebanese Association for Democratic Elections (LADE) working on the Development of a relevant and effective Legal research & violations tracking strategy. In 2006, Ali Mourad was Youth Coordinator & Advisor in the Ministry of Culture, Beirut, Lebanon within the “Empowerment of the youth participation in public life” program, a project funded by UNESCO.
He worked as a lecturer in several universities in France including the University of Rennes I, University of Rennes II, University of Rennes II – Antenne de Saint-Brieuc, from 2008 to 2014.
