BAU’s Bylaws is a document that details the current rules and regulations concerning the governance, constitution, and organization at the University. This document details the location; vision and mission; legal framework; governance; rules and rights of academic and administrative staff; duties of centers and offices; regulations that govern research, honorary degree granting, corporate social responsibility, and disciplinary actions; and other governance related matters.
