BAU Life Support Center Receives Two Certificates of Appreciation from the American Heart Association

We are honored and proud to announce that BAU Life Support Center was awarded two Certificates of Appreciation from the American Heart Association during the AHA MENA Healthcare Forum held on January 23–24.

The first recognition was presented to our Center for our sustained commitment to advancing cardiovascular health and supporting the mission of building healthier lives, free of cardiovascular diseases and stroke, across the Middle East and North Africa region

The second recognition acknowledged our active leadership and impactful contribution during the Hands Only CPR Month (October 2025), where our CPR education and lifesaving training initiatives played a vital role in strengthening community preparedness and promoting early resuscitation

These awards are more than certificates. They represent hours of training, community outreach, simulation practice, instructor dedication, and a shared belief that immediate action saves lives.

At BAU Life Support Center, we are committed to empowering healthcare professionals, students, and community members with the knowledge, confidence, and skills to act in those critical first minutes. Because CPR is not just a skill — it is a responsibility.

American Heart Association team visits Beirut Arab University Life Support Center

Beirut Arab University Life Support Center (BAULS) had the privilege of hosting a visit from the American Heart Association (AHA) team lead by the Regional General Manager, Mr. Rami Khattar. It was a momentous occasion that acknowledged the tireless efforts of our center in promoting heart health and raising awareness about cardiopulmonary resuscitation that supports our strategy in building healthier lives free of cardiovascular diseases and strokes in Lebanon and the region. The visit was both valuable and inspiring, as it not only recognized our team's efforts throughout the past years, but also gave us the opportunity to discuss future visions and plans of expanding the services and programs’ diversities. At the end of the visit the AHA team awarded the center with an appreciation certificate and a Trophy. This prestigious award symbolizes the recognition of our dedication to the AHA mission which motivates us to continue our efforts in serving our community and that of the MENA region.
