An increasing interest about the concept of "Corporate governance" emerged during the latest few decades since 1997 after a series of different financial crisises which stroke a lot of companies mainly in developed countries. These collapses were mainly due to the negative role of Auditors who issue unqualified opinion and attest that the financial statements are fairly presented and free of material misstatement, which led to bankruptcy to different corporations.
