Course Description
The main objectives of this course are twofold :
(1) to provide students and researchers with a sound level of knowledge on the concepts, theories, and extant development in accounting information systems
(2) demonstrates the necessary ethical values and skills in this area.
This course adopts entirely the student-centered learning as its method of delivery. Each class involves individual and group active learning activities via discussions, research, written assignments, presentations, evaluations, problem-based learning, and decision-making. Students will continuously be assessed by the lecturer as well as their peers. Initial preparations, active participation, and a positive attitude are among the key factors in assuring that students would benefit from this course and achieve the specified learning objectives.
