This course aims to allow students to effectively use social media to market their business. It covers the basics of content creation and management for social media including blogs, podcasts, and posts. It introduces students to the most popular platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Pinterest. Students will learn which platforms are the best fits for their business and metrics for measuring their social media marketing success. This course will also address the legalities of social media, search-engine optimization, and crowdsourcing.
