Course Description
The course is divided into 2 parts; the first part is concerned with the preoperative health status evaluation of the patient and management of medically compromised patients in dental office, as well as prevention and management of complications that may arise during the surgical session. The second part focuses on the dento-alveolar surgery, flap design, surgical removal of teeth, roots and impacted teeth as well as postoperative patient care and prevention and management of surgical complications. Finally, the pre-prosthetic surgery will be fully discussed.
