Dentistry - Course - Pediatric Dentistry Comprehensive Care IV

The residents will improve their skills in comprehensive dental care taking into consideration patient education and prevention advice for young especially uncooperative, handicapped and medically compromised children under general anesthesia. Together with management of handicapped and developmental anomalies and early childhood caries. Moreover ethical principles in treating children and their parents, consent forms and ethics in research as well as patient safety and malpractice. Issues related to professional ethics are discussed including code of professional conduct, ethical decision making in addition to ethical issues dentist face in relation to patients, society and colleagues.
