Health-Sciences - Course - APPLIED CLINICAL REASONING II

This course allows students to practice and document patient management skills in the clinical environment. Students perform collecting data from patient; patient examination/measurement techniques; evaluate and interpret examination results; analyze data and identify problems; determine a physical therapy diagnosis and prognosis; set treatment goals; design and implement a thorough plan of care, and evaluate patient outcomes; and finally formulate a discharge summary. Emphasis will be on appendicular disorders. Prerequisite: DPT 601
