Health-Sciences - Course - Evidence Based Practice

This course will emphasize the importance of evidence based practice for the health care provider and will highlight simple ways to increase their access to the literature. It allows students to integrate research evidence, clinical expertise, and patient values in order to make the best clinical decisions. Students learn to formulate clinical questions in answerable format, search for best evidence, and appraise that evidence for quality and applicability to the clinical problem.
