Health-Sciences - Course - Professional Communication and Documentation

This course allows student to follow specific outlines for patient management and documentation. Focus will be on guided method for physical therapy documentation and filing. This course also provides student with basics of communication with other medical team members. Information gained through this course will constitute basis for documentation of all case report presentations throughout the program.
