Course Description

The course will provide an introduction to designs in nutrition and food science research; critical appraisal of methods of data analysis measures of spread, theories of probability data normality, analysis of variance,statistical inference for means and proportions, measures of correlation, simple and multivariate linear and logistic regression analysis. The course will also offer applications on statistical analysis using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS).
