Course Description
These courses introduce the students to the concepts of ambulatory care practice. It is designed to provide students with simulated circumstances that pharmacists may encounter in their daily practice, rather than focusing on a single disease state. Strong emphasis is placed on the Identification and prevention or resolution of drug-related problems through an evidence-based exploration of the pathophysiology and management of common diseases, including infectious disease, renal medicine, endocrinology and cardiovascular disease.
