Course Description

The course covers a range of modern techniques that are commonly used in pharmaceutical research. These include spectroscopic techniques such as IR, NMR, and X-Ray, and mass spectrometry. Students will also learn about modern microscopic techniques, such as confocal, TEM, SEM, and fluorescent microscopy, and explore their utility in research. The course also covers thermal analysis techniques, such as DSC, and advanced techniques in particle size analysis. Additionally, students will learn about analytical techniques in molecular biology, including DNA manipulation and mutation analysis, protein assays, and quantitative analysis of gene expression, among other techniques.
