This course focuses on genetically engineered natural products, cytotoxic/anticancer agents of plant origin, natural products as anti-inflammatory drugs; as a source of anti-thrombotic drugs; allergenic plants; biosynthesis of drugs derived from natural products, poisonous plants and fungi; natural products as a renewable source of medicinal agents.
