Science - Course - Advanced Instrumental Analysis

The course details instrumental techniques that lead to the analysis and identification of chemical structures. The course will describe Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy, 1D- and 2D-Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) spectroscopy, Mass Spectrometry (MS), and Ultraviolet-visible (UV-vis) spectroscopy. The course will also introduce methods for accurate mass measurements and isotope ratios determination.
