Science - Course - Applied Bioinformatics

The course aims at providing students with an overview to the important methods used in bioinformatics, including sequence library searches, multiple alignment, phylogenetic analysis, gene prediction and structure prediction. The students will be able to test the methods on realistic problems through PC-based exercises.
