Koç University in Istanbul is announcing the opening of nominations for incoming exchange students for the Spring 2026 semester (Academic Year 2025/26). The nomination and application deadline is November 1, 2025.

Application Requirements
During the online application process, students will be required to upload the following documents:
•    A colored biometric photo in JPEG format
•    A copy of their valid passport’s ID page
•    Proof of English language proficiency (minimum B2 CEFR or equivalent TOEFL/IELTS results, or an official confirmation from the home university)
•    A certified and up-to-date transcript showing a minimum GPA of 2.2/4.0 for undergraduate and 2.5/4.0 for graduate students
Bachelor’s students must have at least two semesters of grades available at the time of application.

For reference, students may review course lists from previous semesters to prepare a tentative study plan with the approval of their home university coordinators.

Koç University will also be holding a series of Information Sessions before the application deadline, offering coordinators and students insight into the exchange program. Session details will be shared in due course.
