The international relations office is pleased to announce that one Erasmus+ staff mobility grant is available under our 2023 KA171 Project (from BAU to Koç University in Turkey). We are inviting one BAU staff member to participate in the International Staff Week at Koç University in May 2026.

Eligibility & Selection

This call is open to BAU staff members working in the field of internationalization. The selection will be carried out internally at BAU in line with the Erasmus+ selection rules.

Following the selection, the nominated staff member must be submitted through the Erasmus KA171 Staff Nomination Form.

Important Information
Once nominated, the selected staff member will be contacted by Koç University to proceed with:
Registration
Payment of the registration fee

Please note that the selected participant is required to pay the registration fee of 300 EUR for the International Staff Week.

Staff members who are not selected for Erasmus+ funding may still apply independently to attend the staff week via the official links.
