The International Relations Office at Beirut Arab University is pleased to announce an opportunity for teaching staff to participate in an Erasmus+ teaching mobility exchange for 5 days at Sapienza University of Rome, Italy.

The project provides funding for 4 Teaching Staff positions from Lebanon. The final selection will be made by Sapienza University of Rome following its selection process.

Eligibility and Application Procedure
Teaching staff who are interested in applying should note that the following conditions apply:

• Previous Erasmus+ participation: Applicants must not have previously participated in an Erasmus+ exchange programme.
• Invitation from Sapienza University of Rome: Interested teaching staff must first contact the equivalent/similar academic department at Sapienza University of Rome and seek an official invitation for the teaching mobility.
• Contact the International Relations Office: Once the applicant receives the invitation from Sapienza University of Rome, they should contact the International Relations Office at Beirut Arab University. The Office will then provide the applicant with information regarding the next steps and required procedures.

Important Information

• A total of 4 teaching staff from Lebanon will ultimately be selected.
• The final selection will be conducted by Sapienza University of Rome in accordance with its selection procedures.
• Teaching staff selected for the Fall term will receive the official registration email, including application and academic instructions, by the end of April.
• Teaching staff selected for the Spring term will receive the official registration email, including application and academic instructions, by the end of October.
