According to the Erasmus+ inter-institutional agreement signed between Beirut Arab University and the Arctic University of Norway (UiT), the head of the Nursing Department Dr. Mirna Fawaz, accompanied by Dr. Ahmad Tassi and Mr. Karim Khabbaz visited the Arctic University of Norway, where they got introduced to the UiT nursing program structure, offered courses, available facilities, and affiliated clinical sites.
During the visit, the team also discussed joint research projects, prospective student exchange in the spring semester for both undergraduate and graduate students mainly for clinical training, as well as the potential to start joint master programs in various fields of nursing in-collaboration with UiT.
