((())))

  • In education: Arabic is a language taught in schools, institutes and other educational centers. With the development in technology, more and more courses are offered online for students interested in the Arabic language. Many such platforms today have a need for graduates of the Arabic Department.
  • Organizing workshops relevant to education.
  • Proofreading and editing at various publishing houses or other media outlets, such as newspapers and magazines, electronic publications, as well as editing research papers and theses.
  • Writing reviews and blurbs for books and other publications as part of the marketing process. Publishing houses, thus, require that the work be read, and a synopsis be written from the reader’s perspective.
  • Working on major research projects or with teams interested in educational development. These require the recruitment of a number of people. Such opportunities are more abundant abroad.
  • The media and the press, where graduates find the opportunity to write in newspapers and magazines, in particular on topics relevant to their field of specialization. Writers may submit creative or critical work.
  • Editorial work
  • Preparing official correspondences at large institutions, for politicians or other public figures.
  • A graduate of the Arabic Department may establish their own business online, focusing on various topics such as TAFL, or helping learners out.
  • Working on scientific movies relevant to Arabic on Youtube, which can be a good source of income.
