Agreement of Cooperation Between Beirut Arab University and the Lebanese University

Beirut Arab University, represented by its President, Professor Wael Nabil Abdel Salam, signed a five-year cooperation agreement with the Lebanese University, represented by its President, Professor Bassam Badran. The signing ceremony was attended by the Secretary General of BAU, Dr. Omar Houri, and the Dean of Academic Affairs and International Relations, Professor Sobhi Abou Shaheen. The agreement aims to promote scientific, cultural, and educational cooperation between the two institutions.

The agreement establishes a framework for collaboration between the two universities in scientific and research fields across all disciplines and programs, in accordance with the laws and regulations of both universities and applicable Lebanese laws, particularly those related to intellectual and moral property. This cooperation will be carried out within their respective capacities and prospects.

The partnership will include organizing joint conferences, seminars, scientific meetings, workshops, and training courses in areas of mutual interest. It will also facilitate the exchange of books, publications, studies, and research results, as well as foster joint participation in international projects in the field of higher education. The collaboration aims to leverage the scientific expertise of both universities for mutual benefit.
