The Institute of Human Genetics (IGH) in Montpellier, France, the National Council for Scientific Research – Lebanon (CNRS-L), and the Faculty of Health Sciences at Beirut Arab University organized “Scientific Research Day: Emerging Concepts, and Ethical Challenges”. The event took place online on October 28, 2022.
International experts met to exchange information on current research challenges related to post-publication peer review and US PubPeer web, ethical issues related to the popularization of sciences, AI in health and security, and narcissism in science. Each talk was followed up by questions from the audience. Researchers and students from abroad and Lebanon joined the event, and the certificates of participation were provided by the organizing committee.
