The Quality Assurance Center organized a talk entitled “Rethinking Assessment in the Age of AI,” delivered by Dr. Amal Farhat, Teaching and Learning Specialist at the Excellence in Teaching and Learning Center (CETL), Qatar University.

The talk explored how artificial intelligence is reshaping student assessment in higher education, highlighting the importance of rethinking assessment design in the age of AI.

The talk was attended by academic staff members from various faculties, who were encouraged to adopt innovative, learning-outcome-driven assessments that enable students to demonstrate their knowledge, skills, and critical thinking.
