The Effects of Employee Feedback and Internal Communication on the Well-Being of an Organization: The Case of Lebanon

Abstract

In today’s environment, management is focused on administering human assets to find new means for improving performance. In an organizational frame, feedback is the information sent to an entity (individual or a group) about its behaviour so that the entity can modify its current and future behaviour to achieve a better result. Several studies have attempted to reveal the relationship between feedback and performance. Constructive employee feedback aims to enhance career development, employee satisfaction, retention, and motivation. This study aims to highlight the important role of employee feedback and internal communication in the well-being of a business in terms of performance improvements.
