Pharmacy - Course - Pharmacy Practice V

The course focusses on procedures and processes of pharmacy practice in specialized and institutional settings. It highlights potential causes of errors and lapses in patient care during regular operations and care transitions. Students will be expected to use their critical thinking skills to identify probable causes of errors, and design procedures to improve medication use safety. Pre-requisite: PHAR 285
