Roles and Responsibilities
Accreditation
The Quality Assurance Center coordinates and supports institutional and programme accreditation processes, including self-assessment, documentation, and external review activities. The Center works closely with faculties and relevant University units to ensure readiness and alignment with accreditation standards and requirements.
Quality Assurance
The Center supports and monitors the implementation of quality assurance policies, procedures, and processes across the University. It promotes a culture of quality and academic enhancement by supporting faculties in identifying good practices and opportunities for improvement.
Continuous Improvement
The Center conducts faculty site visits and internal quality audits, prepares reports and recommendations and monitors corrective actions and improvement plans to support evidence-based continuous improvement.
Capacity Building
The Center provides guidance, consultation, and technical support to Faculty Quality Assurance Units in implementing QA processes and accreditation requirements. It also organizes workshops, seminars, and professional development activities to enhance QA knowledge, skills, and engagement across the University.
