The IEEE BAU-Tripoli Student Branch Club, in collaboration with the IEEE Lebanon Section and the Lebanese Association for Digital Transformation (LADT), organized a Digital Transformation, Blockchain, and Web 3.0 Workshop on April 22, 2024 for BAU students under the supervision of Dr. Abdallah AL Sabbagh.
The workshop featured two presentations and an open discussion. Mrs. Randa Al Rifai, Founder and President of LADT, delivered the first presentation, offering an introduction to these emerging technologies and their impact.The second presentation provided a practical demonstration through a live demo of the financial technology partner "Empowch" wallet, reinforcing the concepts covered earlier.
