The Nutrition and dietetics department at the faculty of Health Sciences in Tripoli organized a student activity entitled “ Healthy Eating: Myths and Facts” within the framework of the community nutrition project. In this activity, students prepared an awareness session for Tripolitan housewives. The goal was to correct the common misconceptions about nutrition. The session started with a group discussion followed by a presentation. At the end, the students invited the attendees to taste healthy meals that they have prepared to prove that healthy meals can also be delicious.
