On Friday February 8, 2019 representatives from the Student Activities Committee, Faculty of Science at Beirut Arab University(BAU), supervised by Dr. Rami Oweini along with Faculty students from all departments (Rana Dhaini, Miriam Hamandi, Maya Nassereddine, Reem Ramadan, Karim Kayssi), visited the Children's Cancer Center of Lebanon (CCCL) to present their donation (1,175,000 L.L), toured the facilities, and engaged with fun activities for the children of the cancer center.
After a semester-stretch of fundraising activities and events, we are happy with the initiative taken up by the students of the Faculty of Science where all proceeds of the bake sale was donated to CCCL in addition to selling CCCL’s items (Golden ribbons & bracelets)
We highly appreciate all the efforts done by CCCL and we are happy to support their mission!
