The Digi-YESS program began on August 12, 2024, at Tripoli Campus and ran until August 30, 2024. During this time, 300 students from different schools in Tripoli had the opportunity to develop digital skills and gain practical experience. Dr. Abdallah El Chakik, Director of the Faculty of Science at Tripoli Campus, coordinated the program, which was funded by LASeR and held in collaboration with BAU Continuous Education Center (CEC). The program was for students who had finished grade 10 and were moving to grade 11. It was divided into three stages: the first stage taught basic ICT skills, the second stage offered specialized tracks like mobile programming, AI, and digital marketing, and students worked on projects to apply what they learned. The program ended in early 2025 with a summit where students presented their projects to a panel of experts.
