Mayada Bou Mehdi is an experienced healthcare educator and life support training expert with a strong background in critical care nursing, simulation-based learning, and healthcare education. She currently leads the Life Support Training Center at Beirut Arab University and serves as Regional Faculty for the American Heart Association (AHA) across the MENA region.
Since 2010, she has played a key role in establishing, developing, and mentoring AHA Training Centers and instructors throughout the region. Her expertise spans life support education, course development, quality assurance, faculty development, and immersive simulation-based learning.
Mayada holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Operations and Project Management, and a Diploma in Healthcare Simulation from the Lebanese American University (2026). She continues to advance healthcare training and patient outcomes through education, mentorship, innovation, and community outreach initiatives.
