Writing a good CV is one of the most fundamental steps towards paving one’s way into the career world. Therefore, the ASCE student chapter at Beirut Arab University organized a workshop entitled ‘The Code of the Professional CV’ hosted by Mr. Nael Dandashli.
Mr. Dandashli discussed the common mistakes one can make while writing his/her CV. Also, he explained the steps of the recruitment process and the steps of applying to a job via online platforms. Mr. Dandashli emphasized on the importance on having a Linkedin profile and the several advantages it offers.
Throughout the lecture, the students had the chance to ask questions and discuss various ideas and topics with Mr. Dandashli to gain some useful tips when applying to a job.
