BeeTech, an innovative solution for medical wastes management, was supported by our students Omar Elloush (Medical Laboratory Technology department), Sara Al Samman (Medical Laboratory Technology department) and Amira Hijazi (Faculty of Medicine) during the PepsiCo Arab Youth Hackhaton on October 28.
After 3 days of competition, their project was selected among the top 12 sustainable solutions presented.
The selected teams were able to pitch their idea to a jury of professionals and to gain insights into the generation of business ideas to combat climate change and promote sustainability in the industry.
