The” Application of cast and splint “Workshop was organized by the orthopedic surgery department. This hands-on training session provided junior surgical residents with essential orthopedic skills under the guidance of experienced faculty doctors.
During the workshop, participants were introduced to different types of casts, splints, and immobilization techniques. The session combined both theoretical learning and practical application, ensuring that the residents gained a solid understanding of conservative orthopedic stabilization methods.
Under the supervision of faculty doctors, junior surgical residents had the opportunity to practice applying casts and splints, refining their technique and precision in a controlled setting.
This workshop served as a valuable experience for aspiring medical professionals, equipping them with fundamental casting and splinting skills and enhancing their confidence in managing orthopedic injuries.
