Suturing Workshop
The Suturing Workshop was organized in collaboration between the Education area of BAUFM student activities and the LEMSIC Medical Education Standing Committee. This hands-on training session provided students with essential surgical skills under the guidance of experienced faculty doctors.
During the two-hour workshop, participants were introduced to different types of sutures, needles, threads, and surgical knots. The session combined both theoretical learning and practical application, ensuring that students gained a solid understanding of suturing techniques.
Under the supervision of faculty doctors, students had the opportunity to practice basic surgical knots, refining their dexterity and precision in a controlled setting.
This workshop served as a valuable experience for aspiring medical professionals, equipping them with fundamental suturing skills and enhancing their confidence in handling surgical procedures.
