In accordance with the Faculty of Pharmacy’s mission to provide continuous medical education, senior pharmacy students have presented on 21 November an educational session to the Pharmacy Staff at Labib Medical Center, entitled “Antibiotics Stewardship”. This activity was supervised and moderated by Dr. Chaza Alaeddine, a Clinical Lecturer at the Faculty of Pharmacy. The session highlighted the protocols and measures to be implemented to conduct "Antibiotics Stewardship" in the hospital setting. Furthermore, students have also presented the latest updates for appropriately managing patients with different infectious diseases, including community-acquired pneumonia, diabetic foot infection, and urinary tract infection.
