Library

Library Committee consists of the Faculty representative at the BAU library committee (Chair), two-selected faculty in addition to two students (one undergraduate and one postgraduate).

The library committee supports teaching, learning, scholarship, and public engagement by providing excellent up-to-date library services and collections, informing the academic departments about the newly added resources and highlighting areas of improvement of the library services. The Library Committee responsibilities and tasks are summarized as follows:

• Improve the user accessibility to information resources through updating the library content and collections and organizing, in collaboration with the central library direction, trainings and seminars on library resources and services.
• Suggest the implementation of new services to match users needs.
• Enhance library communication with the Faculty by issuing Library Newsletter.
• Provide suggestions and plans to improve library facilities.
