Delegates from the Canadian Council for the Accreditation of Pharmacy Programs (CCAPP), headed by its president Prof. Patricia Macgregor and the two team members Prof. Wayne Hindmarsh and Assoc. Prof. Thomas Brown, conducted a visit to the Faculty of Pharmacy at Beirut Arab University, which lasted for four days,  to evaluate the Bachelor and Doctor of Pharmacy Programs that are offered by the faculty. At the end of the visit, the team met with Prof. Amr Galal El Adawi, President of BAU, and submitted a preliminary report on the visit.
