Mohamed, associate professor in the pharmacy practice department, was a keynote speaker for the 1st International Pharmaceutical Federation (FIP) Regional Conference for the Eastern Mediterranean from April 24 to 27th, 2019. The conference, “Envisioning the future together: Transforming pharmacy for better primary health care”, was held in Amman, Jordan and was organized jointly with the Jordan Pharmacists Association (JPA) and supported by the Eastern Mediterranean Region Pharmacy Forum. As part of a plenary session titled “Pharmacy driving success for primary health care: a case for investment”, Amin gave a presentation on driving evidence to demonstrate pharmacy workforce impact. Amin represented Beirut Arab University and Elsevier publication, Research in Social and Administrative Pharmacy where he has been serving as an associate editor since 2016.
