Dr. Souraya Domiati, PharmD coordinator and Assistant Professor of Pharmacology and Therapeutics at the Faculty of Pharmacy, participated in the IBRO-MENA 2022 school and conference entitled "Disentangling the Crosstalk Web Between Metabolic Dysfunction and Neurodegenerative Pathways on Alzheimer’s Disease" which was held at Alamein International University, Egypt from October 1 to 6, 2022. The event was sponsored by the International Brain and Research organization. Dr. Souraya presented a talk entitled "Repurposing of newly synthesized tacrine derivatives as an Anti-inflammatory agents" and a poster entitled "Anti-inflammatory Effect of The Repurposed Tacrine Analogues Tetrahydroquinolines: Experimental Investigation and Molecular Mechanics Simulations"
