Biography
Since September 2023, I have served as head of the Media Department in the Faculty of Human Sciences at Beirut Arab University. I bring 19 years of academic experience in teaching media courses and in news, report, and investigative editing, complemented by 16 years of professional experience in journalism. My expertise lies in print and digital journalism and in all aspects of the profession’s evolution. Accordingly, I spearheaded the introduction of two new courses addressing this evolution and the impact of artificial intelligence on it, and I expanded the practical training hours within the department, out of a conviction that linking students to the labor market is essential.
