Dr. Yasser Mohamed Aly Ahmed Abdel Halim is an Associate Professor of Prosthodontics and Acting Head of the Department of Oral Rehabilitation Sciences at Beirut Arab University and Associate Professor of Fixed Prosthodontics at Faculty of Dentistry, Alexandria University, Egypt. He obtained his PhD in Fixed Prosthodontics from Alexandria University in 2019 and has more than 16 years of experience in clinical practice, dental education, and research. His research interests include digital dentistry, CAD/CAM and additive manufacturing, dental ceramics, adhesive dentistry, implant prosthodontics, esthetic dentistry, and the mechanical and optical properties of contemporary restorative materials. He has published in several international peer-reviewed dental journals, including The Journal of Prosthetic Dentistry, Dental Materials, BMC Oral Health, and Scientific Reports. He has also undertaken research fellowship training at the University of Birmingham, UK, and actively contributes to postgraduate education and supervision.
