BAU Graduate studies 2nd OPEN HOUSE was held on Wednesday, 22 February 2017, at 12 pm in Gamal Abdel Nasser Hall, Beirut campus, to introduce all the graduate programs offered by its 10 Faculties, along with the facilities, all the admission requirements, financial aid and other relevant information. The purpose of this event was to help all interested students to choose the appropriate specialization according to their personal preference.
The event included a presentation for one hour, in which the Dean of Graduate Studies and Research informed the attendees about the Diplomas, Masters & PhD programs, newly launched programs and facilities offered by the Graduate Studies office, in addition to the International Institutional Accreditation attained by BAU and its Faculties. Later on, representatives from the 10 Faculties gave a brief presentation on the graduate programs offered by their Faculties and other details in this regard, as well as the job opportunities.
The presentations were followed by a reception and a venue of all Faculties and Graduate Studies Office, where all interested students interacted with the administrative team, Faculty members and current BAU students.
A large number of undergraduate and graduate students, as well as students from outside BAU attended the OPEN HOUSE, in addition to the Iraqi Cultural Counselor and others.
