Description of Subtheme:
This subtheme deals with the regulations that determine the procedures for resolving civil disputes online. These regulations can be part of civil procedural law or can be associated with alternative dispute resolution methods such as mediation, arbitration, and conciliation. Essentially, the focus is on understanding and navigating the legal processes specific to resolving civil disputes on online platforms. Such processes might include rules for submitting evidence, deadlines for filing claims, the qualifications required for mediators or arbitrators, and so on. By examining the procedural regulations, one can better understand how to approach civil disputes that arise online and what legal avenues are available for resolving such disputes.
E-procedures can play a significant role in achieving sustainable development goals. By digitizing procedures and processes, e-procedures can increase efficiency and transparency, reduce bureaucracy, and minimize corruption. These benefits, in turn, can help facilitate achievement of sustainable development goals such as reducing poverty, promoting economic growth, improving access to education and health care, and protecting the environment. For example, e-procedures can enable developing countries to increase efficiency and effectiveness in public services, promote environmental sustainability, and reduce carbon emissions. Therefore, e-procedures can play an important role in advancing sustainable development goals by promoting efficiency, transparency, and accountability.
For effective investigation of E procedures, it is recommended to adopt a systematic approach that entails defining a specific research inquiry, reviewing relevant literature, choosing suitable research techniques and participants, employing trustworthy data collection and analysis tools, arriving at conclusions, making suggestions, and lucidly presenting the outcomes.
